About Alexandra Compres

10 years of experience in building master data processes to support the evolving R&D, NPI, IT and Operations business needs while developing the Master Data Specialists team. My mission is to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the global organization, and to enable data-driven decision making and innovation. I have extensive knowledge and skills in item codification, categorization, bills of materials, recipes, validity rules, supplier and allocation rules, production routings, order modifiers, change control, mass updates, customizations, HTS, GTIN, and cross reference data management. I am also a subject matter expert in PLM and Oracle ERP systems, and have successfully led and coordinated data conversion and ERP implementation projects in the EU region. Additionally, I apply total quality management, CPIM, Six Sigma, and GMP protocols to optimize and continuously improve the data management processes and workflows. Furthermore, I demonstrate leadership, coaching, teamwork, and delegating skills, as well as customer focus, problem solving, anticipation, and analytical thinking abilities.
