Combining my experience as a medical assistant with my passion for connecting people, problem-solving, building relationships, continuous learning and growth, impact and contribution, and variety and adaptability, I am now interested in transitioning into recruiting. Recruiting allows me to leverage my skills and experiences to connect talented professionals with opportunities that align with their career goals and contribute to the advancement of compatible organizations.As a medical assistant at Anne Arundel Dermatology, I provide quality care and support to patients and providers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. My multiple certifications, including Certified Nurse Assistant, Certified Phlebotomy Technician, and Dermatology Technician, showcase my skills and competencies in various aspects. Through my education and work experience, I have also honed strong attention to detail, communication, and computer literacy skills.I graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in pre-PA studies. There, I gained academic knowledge, tutored student-athletes, and served as a diversity and inclusion chairman for my sorority. This experience reinforced my passion for learning and helping others.
