As a proud Indigenous woman from the Norway House Cree Nation, I am deeply committed to advancing the Health, Education, and Governance sectors through innovative, culturally rooted solutions. With a rich background in health transformation, Nation-building governance, and strategic planning, I have dedicated my career to fostering meaningful collaborations between Indigenous Nations, businesses, and the corporate sector within Canada. As an Indigenous Consultant & Strategist, I am driven by a strategic vision to bridge worlds, bringing together diverse stakeholders to forge partnerships that are rooted in mutual respect, understanding, and a shared vision for a healthier, more empowered future. My ability to build strategic programs and partnerships extends beyond education to support Industry, nations, communities, and Indigenous peoples in various domains. By leveraging my expertise and passion, I aim to create sustainable initiatives that uplift Indigenous communities and amplify their voices on the global stage. My expertise lies in developing ground-breaking educational programs in partnership with post-secondary institutions. These include pioneering Bachelor programs in Midwifery and Nursing, which uniquely integrate Indigenous knowledge and ways of being. Beyond academia, my work extends to creating opportunities for students, such as placements and bursaries, ensuring future generations benefit from a more inclusive and representative educational landscape. Additionally, I am deeply passionate about elevating Indigenous women's voices, advocating for their inclusion and leadership in all aspects of community development and decision-making processes. I am always open to connect and explore new collaborations that align with this vision.
