About Alexandra Dicamillo

I am a native English speaker and have been living in Iceland over the last six years working within the tourism industry. I am also able to speak conversationally proficient Icelandic, and I am learning more every day. As a United States citizen, I also have the advantage of bringing an international perspective to the large American customer-base. Knowing first hand how travelers to Iceland want a memorable experience in every interaction they have, I believe I could make an immediate impact within this market. I have nearly a decade of management and customer service experience, which I believe could help benefit the Icelandic tourism industry. My previous roles have allowed me to gain experience within a startup company in the Icelandic tourism industry, where the company has competed and succeeded in gaining market share from established competitors. I look forward to discussing potential opportunities.
