About Alexandra Dinu

I hold a PhD in Management, with research on digital platforms, automation, and cybersecurity considerations, and I currently work on policy and cooperation within Romania’s National Cybersecurity Directorate (DNSC). My focus is on interinstitutional alignment and bilateral cooperation to strengthen resilience and incident readiness. My career combines government service, academia, and innovation: I co-founded technology initiatives recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, contributed to award-winning European projects such as the EU Datathon, and continue to teach part-time as an Associate Professor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE). Recent areas of focus include: • International & interagency cooperation • Public–private collaboration • Cyber policy translation for non-technical stakeholders • Conference and program organization (including #BCC2025) I value practical outcomes, steady delivery, and recognition of team contributions, while ensuring compliance with institutional communication rules.
