About Alexandra Doerner
I’m pursuing a bachelors of science in psychology, biology, and pre-medical preparation. My love for neuroscience began with my psychology major, leading me to add biology and pre-medical preparation majors in Spring 2021. I am a second semester TA for Introduction to Neuroscience, a third semester research assistant in the PACE lab, and a first semester research assistant in The Roossien Lab. My teaching assistantship and research assistantships continue to fuel my passion for neuroscience. I have been lucky enough to ignite this passion for neuroscience in other students while furthering the research in the field. I am looking for the same in a graduate program: a mix of teaching and research leading to meaningful contributions to neuroscience.
