About Alexandra Erdman

Creative problem solver. An occupational therapist by trade with a passion for non-traditional practice and content creation. As an OT, I work collaboratively with my team to address strengths and areas of need, develop short- and long-term goals, and find creative means to achieve these goals. I track data to monitor progress in achieving goals. Owner and creator of Kansas City based Instagram, BestBitesKC. I created this local platform as a way to explore the city I call home and document the journey. What started has a hobby has developed in a passion for social media and social media marking. I create and share content surrounding local eateries, restaurants, and hotspots in the Kansas City Metro. While Instagram is my primary platform, I am working on growing my TikTok, Facebook, and a blog/webpage. To support my growth as a content creator and build my knowledge of social media, I am completing a Social Media Marketing course through HubSpot Academy. Upon completion, I plan to continue my professional development journey by learning more about SEO, building a website/blog, and building a brand. School-Based Practice I collaborate with my students and their teams to address their needs to support them in being able to participate in their academic setting. I work individually and in small group setting to address and build fine/visual motor skills needed to achieve student goals.
