Originally from the former South-Western Scythia (yeah, you can google it), currently based in Israel. I work in Hebrew and English, talk to my grandma in Russian, read manuals in German and cookbooks in Ukrainian. A linguist by education, retention specialist by profession, a huge people-person by vocation. My most important mission in eTeacher is to improve the customer experience by providing the most attentive and professional support to frustrated and desperate customers thereby ensuring their continuity and the company’s prosperity. And I am happy to be a key protagonist in the business cycle. FY more I By day: a self-proclaimed tech geek, a team-player that is full of energy, purpose, integrity, exposure, conviction and patience.
