As a Director at Charlie Health, I lead a team of managers in providing patient support. Charlie Health provides accessible and equitable mental healthcare to adolescents and adults. I support planning and implementation of customer success initiatives, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Montana State University-Bozeman, where I also worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant for two years. I have a strong background in child and adolescent counseling, early childhood education, and communication, which I leverage to support our clients and staff. I am also skilled in project management, strategic and creative thinking, and data analysis, which I use to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our care delivery model. I am passionate about making a positive impact on the mental health and well-being of our community.
