About Alexandra Jopp

With more than three years of experience in e-commerce and digital start-ups, I managed a variety of projects strengthening business acumen, presentation skills and strategy & planning development. Currently, I am a Consultant at Eccelerate HQ (in Germany, Frankfurt). I am in charge of managing e-commerce projects for companies across fashion/retail, FMCG, financial and tech industries. My focus lies on optimizing the online acquisition and sales potential of our clients' products and services by using advanced analytics, setting up next level strategies with a data driven approach and creating + maintaining tracking methodologies and success reports. For 2 years I worked at Ginmon HQ (in Germany, Frankfurt) as a Customer Success Manager in building the customer service and CRM in the digital wealth management unit for private clients. In this time frame I had a key role in optimizing and developing the digital and direct Customer Support, improving the communication channels and set up marketing campaigns to scale up the acquisition of new customers. To complete the picture, I studied at Frankfurt with a one year guest period in Catania where I did my Masters in Marketing Analytics and Information Management. I am passionate for improving a status quo of a business and finding always a way to improve a product or service in the challenging digital environment.
