I am experienced at managing and developing programs and teams driven by client needs and data to improve individual and community health outcomes. I have a proven track record of identifying opportunities for improvement, creating and executing a plan of action, and evaluating the outcomes. My experiential assets include- 8+ years developing and implementing programs, policies, and procedures- 8+ years managing teams of staff, contactors, and volunteers- 4 years designing data reports to understand program outcomes, client needs, and manage complex budgets using eClinicalWorks eBO and Microsoft Excel- Evaluating outcomes to understand strengths and weaknesses of programs and opportunities for longevity or broader impact- 4 years writing grants, securing annual program funding- 10+ years listening to clients to develop client centric approaches- 2 years practicing motivational interviewing to support behavior change; and - 3 years engaging in hard conversations to foster institutional changes to advance equity, inclusion, and belonging.
