About Alexandra Leon

I have been in the first aid domain for over 15 years now: As a first responder, as a lifeguard and as a student athletic therapy. I have treated multiple cases from overdose and drowning to open fracture and spinal cord contusion. As a therapist, I made it my duty to experience as many environment as I possible: each sport, level of training and age brings about its own set special injuries and psychology. I have learned to work alone and trust my abilities as well as work with various professionals and learned to integrate myself to a team of varying abilities and depend on them. Furthermore, I have spent my life in sports. I was part of all of my High School teams and once graduated I then moved within the vast spectrum of martial arts. I have learned different methods of training, specifically drills for team sport as well as individual sports. I started training and coaching for the last 5 years and have used these tools to attain results with my athletes. In addition, athletic therapy has allowed me not only to implement my imagination but a rehabilitation aspect to my training that has been greatly appreciated by my clients.
