I lead a team of eight professionals transforming how information flows. We specialise in information architecture, change management, and knowledge systems that make complex organisations run smoothly. My approach centres on collaboration—working across branches to optimise corporate memory systems including EDRMS, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, internal platforms, and workflow tools. I design change management strategies that don't just implement new systems, but genuinely improve how people work and adapt to digital transformation. What drives my work is understanding what people actually need. Through regular stakeholder consultations, I identify real information management challenges and opportunities. Every solution is built with user experience at the core, ensuring staff workflows become more efficient rather than more complicated. I believe in developing people alongside systems. Through personalised mentoring and regular feedback, I help my team grow their capabilities while maintaining our high standards. This investment in people translates directly to better outcomes—improved information accessibility, enhanced productivity, stronger change resilience, and seamless digital collaboration. The result? We don't just manage information—we make it work for everyone. Outside of work, I volunteer as the Non-Executive Director of Communications for the CBR Gals Network. The Network operates as a feminist not-for-profit that consciously connects and advances Canberran women and amplifies their businesses.
