About Alexandra Masters

I am looking to make the transition to clinical research. My almost 10 years experience as a PA, though untraditional, has more than prepared me to excel in this field. Prioritization, time management, problem solving and collaboration are strengths I've learned that directly correlate to effective and efficient research monitoring. Attention to detail is a skill that I utilize in my current profession. Identifying the abnormal in a specimen and making decisions at the bench ultimately aids in a proper diagnosis for best patient care. Creating and updating SOP's also is a responsibility. With the forever changing regulations via CAP and other regulatory bodies, it is important to keep our policies up to date for relevance, structure and overall patient safety.
