About Alexandra McLendon

With 15 years of cross-industry experience, I specialize in building high-impact customer service operations, optimizing processes for scale, and implementing compliant systems that work.I’ve led teams of up to 30, launched new service platforms like live chat and social media support, and helped businesses streamline their customer experience across digital channels. I’m deeply comfortable with learning new tools and technologies—most recently pivoting into e-commerce as an email developer, applying both creative and regulatory rigor to every campaign.Throughout my career, I’ve delivered results in heavily regulated industries—ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM, Department of Transportation, and other frameworks while still driving innovation. Whether I'm creating a new support workflow or retooling a system to meet compliance requirements, I bring a blend of adaptability, analytical thinking, and team leadership.I thrive in environments that require both strategic thinking and hands-on execution—and I’m always open to connecting with others who value strong systems, great service, and forward-thinking solutions.
