I'm an experienced Business Analyst currently working in the telecommunications industry. Passionate about Service Design and having the ability to be innovative in my day-to-day work, to create meaningful impact for the business and the community we live in. At TELUS I've had the opportunity to work on large scale projects that have had an impact on over 700K consumers, as well as quick win process improvements that have allowed us to create better transactional experiences with our customer base. I'm happy when I get to dig in, to understand the root problem and then working cross-functionally to implement creative solutions that generates values for all users. Outside of work I enjoy reading, travelling, and advocating for equal opportunity for all women.
