As a Project Manager, I initiate, plan, execute, and close projects that aim to enhance the quality of education for schools in the CZ/SK markets and beyond. With over a decade of experience in the customer service, I have developed strong communication and documentation skills that enable me to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, understand their specific needs, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.I am passionate about learning new skills and expanding my knowledge in project management. I have earned the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera, and the Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project certification from LinkedIn, demonstrating my proficiency in using various tools and methodologies to manage projects effectively and efficiently. I am also fluent in four languages, including Slovak, English, Czech, and Polish, and have a basic knowledge of German, which gives me an edge in working with diverse and multicultural teams. My goal is to continue to grow in my professional life and contribute to the success of the company I work in.
