I use my analytical thinking and problem solving skills to manage and prioritize the workload, handle inquiries and requests, and ensure compliance and accuracy. I have 3+ years of work experience in the financial services industry, having previously worked as a Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones, where I supported the financial advisor and their clients with various tasks and projects. I also have a background in business administration, having graduated from Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in 2023. During my studies, I had the opportunity to study abroad at ISC Paris for a semester, where I learned about different aspects of business and commerce in a global context. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service, improving processes and systems, and learning new skills and tools. I am looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow and contribute to the success of the organization.
