I am a multifaceted transformation coach.My mission is to heal bodies and minds by merging science and heart for total health transformation. I use a holistic, bottom-up approach for regulating, healing, and transforming, taking particular care to nurture the mind-body-spirit connection.I help teachers, coaches, leaders, and high-achievers heal from stress and overwhelm, find food freedom, release limiting beliefs, stop the negative self-talk, and live a life of abundanceI am incredibly passionate about helping people come home to their bodies, understand their innate wisdom, and step into their power; after living and working in Hollywood for 6 years, I saw what chronic stress, misalignment, and poor eating habits can do to people.Outside my experience as an online coach and business owner, I also have experience in film and stage performance, stage direction, costume construction, and makeup design. I received a Bachelor of Science in Theatre and Interpretation with a concentration in acting from Central Michigan University.
