About Alexandra Oleynikova

I’ve grown from foundational roles in corporate training and mentoring to becoming a detail-oriented learning leader with a strong focus on e-learning development, end-to-end employee lifecycle design, and strategic project management. My journey has been grounded in a data-driven approach to education and a belief that learning should evolve alongside the business. At Plata, I’ve advanced to the role of Head of Learning, where I lead cross-functional teams responsible for education across all operational areas. Together, we design comprehensive learning experiences that prepare agents to thrive in any branch or role. Our programs are adaptive, practical, and tightly aligned with business needs—ensuring both learner success and operational impact. I bring strong project management skills, including-Strategic planning and prioritization aligned with company goals -Ability to balance and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders -Clear and effective cross-functional communication I believe that working in education means never stopping learning. Currently, I’m studying Coaching and preparing for the ICF certification to deepen my impact as a learning professional and leader.
