I am a hardworking, ambitious individual, and love to work as part of a team but am also comfortable working alone. I am very much keen to learn and up-skill myself, I welcome a challenge. In my previous role, as a Field Support Coordinator, I demonstrated the ability to communicate and listen effectively with field staff to meet their needs, whilst meeting business targets. This has allowed me to develop excellent communication skills, which are crucial to working in a fast-paced environment and flowing business operations. In my current role, as an Accounts Assistant, I have developed my time management and organisational skills. Whilst learning the responsibilities and mechanics within the Accounting department, I was able to contribute to the teams workload, identify and streamline processes, and consistently meet deadlines needed for Month End Reporting. Within my time at WW, I was shortlisted for the CIPP Annual Excellence Award in 2021 for my contributions within a Level 3 Payroll Apprenticeship.
