Ally excels in treating depression, anxiety, and loneliness, employing a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and active listening. Her compassionate and holistic approach fosters a safe space for clients to explore their individual worldview, empowering them to find meaning and navigate life's challenges with resilience and self-awareness. Ally received her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College. She has experience working with children/adolescents, families, and couples in outpatient and in-home settings. Ally has a bachelor's degree in global healthcare management from MCPHS University, where she was recognized as a student spotlight for her accomplished and unique student experience.
