For 20 years I’ve explored how technology reshapes the way we work — and today that means harnessing AI to build stronger, more deeply human organizations. My keynotes build on the ideas and tactics I share in The Wall Street Journal and Harvard Business Review; as a speaker represented by the Lavin Agency, I translate these insights into engaging talks that help leaders and teams succeed in an AI-driven workplace. I’m also the co-author of Remote, Inc. and the author of Work Smarter with Social Media, books that show how to thrive in the evolving world of work. As a Harvard-trained social scientist, I began by researching the Internet’s emerging impact on social capital for Robert Putnam’s Bowling Alone, while working on my own PhD.
