With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented sales manager at The Benson Hotel and Faculty Club, a brand new boutique hotel. I am responsible for managing and growing the group sales revenue, developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and loyalty. I have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, negotiating contracts, creating and executing sales strategies, and leading and coaching sales teams. I also have a strong background in reservations, concierge, and front office operations, having worked as a reservations coordinator at The ART, a hotel Denver, and a head concierge at Stratton Amenities. I have acquired and honed skills in hotel sales, group sales, guest experience, revenue management, customer service, communication, and problem-solving. I am committed to delivering excellence and value to The Benson Hotel and its guests, and to contributing to its vision of being the premier destination for business and leisure travelers in Portland.
