Within SHI, I lead our People Analytics and HRIS teams to drive impactful people initiatives through innovative technology solutions on a global scale. Currently, we are spearheading the implementation of Workday, managing a multi-phase rollout of Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Optimization, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Peakon, and more. Our work bridges strategy and execution, transforming HR operations and enabling data-driven decision-making to drive organizational success.
