About Alexandra Tyson-Beer

As part of Integrity's Business Team, I lead recruitment and consultant management for Integrity's Global Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning programme for the UK's Conflict Stability and Security Fund. With 10+ years of experience managing partners, consultants and clients from HMG, NGOs and the private sector, I am comfortable dealing with the most senior (and the most junior) consultants and contacts. As a clear and engaging communicator and adept negotiator, I balance technical and commercial negotiations with confidence and good humour. I have recruited consultants for Integrity work with the Independent Commission for Aid Impact, the Joint Funds Unit, and DFID. My attention to detail is evident in my work designing Integrity’s online corporate consultant management platform to capture consultant engagement across the company. My background also includes project management, stakeholder engagement and event management in the education and widening participation sectors, which remain close to my heart.
