I am a dedicated researcher and knowledge mobilization specialist with expertise in adapted physical activity, research partnerships, and integrated knowledge translation (IKT). My work is driven by a commitment to co-production and research partner engagement, ensuring research leads to real-world impact. Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at UBC Okanagan, where I collaborate with diverse research partners to develop evidence-informed evaluation tools and frameworks that enhance participation in adapted sport, physical activity, and health programs. My research integrates partnership evaluation, disability-focused competency development, and implementation science, ensuring that knowledge is both generated and applied effectively. Beyond academia, I am skilled in program development, research partner engagement, and research consulting. My work supports health organizations in translating research into actionable strategies—whether through disability-inclusive programming, policy development, or corporate research initiatives.
