About Alexandra Weil

I am a bilingual visual communications professional with a MA in Social Design (MICA: Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore) and BA in Graphic Design (The University of the Arts, Philadelphia). I have conceived, managed and executed a wide range of communication campaigns and projects for higher education, public health, government, non-profits and as an independent contractor in US and Germany. Through my cross-cultural competence,(language, culture, and all things creative) I bring a unique perspective to my work. I have returned to the United States in July 2023 after spending the past three years in Germany to care for my mother during the pandemic and transition her to a nursing home. I am interested in opportunities that utilise my expertise in graphic design in combination with my organizational strength and my skills in the creation of digital learning and training tools. As a dual citizen, and 100% bi-lingual, I welcome remote and hybrid inquiries in Germany and the US. Committed to continuous learning, I recently completed an online certificate program in digital learning development to expand my knowledge and skills in the field of self-directed learning in education.
