About Alexandra Winter

During my Business Coach training, one thing became crystal clear: lifelong learning is my core value. And suddenly, everything made sense. Personal growth has always been a big part of my life – and it’s something I love to share. My daily goal is to grow just a little bit more than yesterday. Maybe I can even help you take your next step – professionally or personally. At sia digital GmbH, I get to live this passion in my role as a People Lead: aligning business goals with human needs – with heart, structure, and real curiosity. What matters most to me? A culture of trust, honest feedback, and meaningful development for every team member. I truly believe: the comfort zone is nice, but growth happens outside of it. Feel free to connect or drop me a message if you’ve got an exciting challenge for me!
