Nevertheless, my enduring passion for aircraft engines prompted my return to LATAM's engine maintenance division. There, I advanced through a series of increasingly responsible positions, from Aircraft Mechanic and Senior Mechanic to Quality Inspector, eventually leading a team of 13 Aircraft Maintenance Technicians. In pursuit of new horizons, I embraced the challenging project of establishing the pioneering MRO operation for aircraft container repair for Unilode in Brazil, which significantly broadened my industry acumen. In 2025, I was presented with the opportunity to manage AeroCore's engine wash facility in Brazil (the inaugural site outside of the U.S.). In this strategic role, I am accountable for resource allocation and team leadership, ensuring the provision of high-quality services to prominent clients such as Delta
