With over two years of experience as an Account Executive and one year as a Strategic Account Executive at Acolad Group, I have developed a strong expertise in language services, especially in the financial sector. I manage a portfolio of strategic accounts with a turnover of more than 2M€, providing outstanding customer service, tailored solutions, and guidance on their linguistic strategy. My role is to retain, secure, and develop existing clients, while also exploring new opportunities to expand the reach and scope of Acolad's services, such as translation, interpreting, sworn translation, e-learning, and DTP. I have successfully negotiated and launched multiple projects with customers in France, Europe, and North America, ensuring the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. I also lead initiatives to promote Acolad Group's position as the European leader in language services.
