I am a data-driven professional in healthcare with a Master of Science in Economics and Management of Public Administration and International Institutions from Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi'. I have a passion for public policy and social issues, technology and whatever concerns human behaviour. As the General Manager Therapies & Products at Santagostino, I oversee the recruitment, management, and training of medical and non-medical staff, the development of patient-centered clinical pathways and the quality control and evaluation of the services. I leverage my data science and HR skills to redesign the team's work, build data analytics models, and maintain and develop key partnerships.
