About Alexandre Dehon

If you’re not talking to users, you’re not doing user experience! As UX Researcher, I present myself as the “voice of the user”. I gather, investigate and translate user feedback to inform product decisions and help product team members to understand who the users are and how to address their goals and needs. My role is to understand and develop both the business and users needs and motivations, with feedback and design techniques. In order to conceive great User eXperience, I communicate research findings into prioritized recommendations, during interactive workshops, through a range of actionable deliverables. As a true INTP personality type, UX Research & Architecture is at the intersection of my passions. I am strongly interested in understanding human beings and how they might live better. Social sciences, usability and psychology are my area of specialization. I enjoy collecting information, experimenting, learning, writing and conceptualizing new solutions, in a strategic perspective. I am always looking for ways of optimizing and improving things. My intuitive logic naturally leads me to information technologies and my creativity to design. What I like the most? Meet the real users and found how to improve their use and help them achieve their goals!
