About Alexandre Doyen

As a senior trainer and coach since 2015, I am dedicated to share 25 years of experience in international business management and Information Technologies consultancy. Former senior manager in a "Big 4" consulting firm, I had many opportunities to mature valuable soft skills like: • Leading, Teaming and Managing; • Training and Coaching; • Facilitation and Ideation. Industry-wise, I developed specific expertise in Marketing, Sales and Services operations for: • Financial Services (Retail bank and Insurance); • Consumer Goods. On the IT front, I built upon initial academical knowledge a solid experience with: • CRM package integration and configuration; • Business software design and development.
