2022 PROFESSIONAL GOALS- Build a great team around the CYRKL initiative in France - Convience and support companies in stopping to put their waste in landfill and recycle them We are facing the biggest challenge our generations will ever face. The world have to go from 51 billion GHG to ZERO in the next 30 years. It's collectively that we need to rethink the way we make and consume everything. It can be achieved through courageous actions and unexpected partnerships. It will requires significant investments and bold decisions to find, commercial and democratized solutions for the many. All along my professional journey, I've learn how to positively engage stakeholders around sustainability challenges, by applying my sustainability expertise, business experience, and team building nature. I bring a good understanding of market dynamic and challenges of driving sustainability projects from conception to generating business value for the customers. Projects I've led in a major international company, allowed me to develop a human approach, based on collective intelligence, with the aim to create growth through sustainability. I believe there are tremendous business opportunities (and challenges) to incorporating environmental responsibility into an organization and its products. I want to participate, within the companies, in finding, realizing and implementing those opportunities. Specialties: Sustainability measurement, goal setting, strategic consulting, circular economy, waste management, service and product development, innovation strategy, intrapreneurship, cross functional projects, intercultural management. From strategy definition, long term goal setting, to development / management / evaluation of complex cross functional projects internationally, I'm able to bring together teams from across the company to support growth through sustainability.
