I got a degree in Computer Engineering with a Masters in Production Engineering, Transport Engineering and Naval Engineering. Currently as manager in the area of ​​Marketing, Sales and Integrated Operations Planning (ISOP). I have experience in the area of ​​process development, production chain, professional experience abroad (Singapore, South Africa, Amsterdam, Hong Kong), strong analytical and logical skills, ability to align interests, dynamism and entrepreneurship. I stand out for my team in interpersonal relationships in the development of people and processes, persistence and focus on results. As a people leader, I feel conciliatory, focused on results and with a sense of ownership. Accountability is beyond my own team, as I have to look at results not only locally, but in a broader way, for society. I believe in a team guidance through development for decision making and systemic look. The search for continuous improvement, always focusing on the customer, is also a constant feature in my life.
