About Alexandre Jacinto

Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design from ESAD School of Arts and Design(1995 - and Artisitc Education PhD student. Joined the team of the “Linha de Terra Lda.”, as a 3D animator, from - 2003. In November of 2003 co-founded the company “3DSign Animação Audiovisual Lda.”, taking the role of Creative Director and 2D/3D Animator, until July of 2009. From 2009 on when he started working as a freelancer, specializing in the fields of Motion Graphics, 2D/3D Animation and VFX. He has an extensive portfolio in the fields of architectural visualization, 3D animation, post-production of images and VFX, as a 2D/3D animator, designer and art director. Since 2011 he is also head of Multimedia and Digital Arts department and research unity at ESAD, where he has been doing both research and commercial projects in VR/AR and games studies.(Recent projects: DELL VR (Game Designer, Art Director, Technical Artist for real-time rendering), iSEA VR (Game Designer / Art director and researcher), Interactive Paintings (3d artist), Dominoes Pizza Game (3D artist and animator), Mar Infinito (Movie; Concept Designer and VFX artist)
