I consider myself an attentive listener from people around me, trying to assist them on their requests. Also, recognizing mistakes, and sharing lessons with colleagues is a part of my walk as a person, being able to support them in times of adversity. Professionally, I seek a place to be useful in a corporate environment, learn from people and share experiences toward the business goals and the customer satisfaction. During my career, I have learned how to lead customer service under challenging circumstances, focusing on customer needs with a high quality of service delivery. Acting as a bridge between customer and internal teams, I have experienced areas such as IT technical support in hardware and software, IT governance, ITSM, ITIL, COBIT and training of products. I have extensive experience in the client relationship, and I am confident that it is a pivotal asset for the service delivery management.
