R&D Food Engineer After graduating with first-class honours from the École Supérieure des Agricultures in Angers and the Institut Supérieur d'Agriculture in Lille, I acquired a solid background in agri-food engineering. After three years of work experience in the R&D department of Délices de Saint-Léonard (Les Mousquetaires - Intermarché group), I developed essential skills in the field of food research and development.Passionate about innovation in the nutrition and health sector, my aim is to create products that combine quality, taste and sustainability, while meeting market expectations and the challenges facing our society.My expertise includes: Managing R&D projects, from ideation to marketing, with a focus on optimising and streamlining manufacturing processes and sensory analysis of products. Design and formulation of innovative food products, using advanced techniques to guarantee quality and sustainability. Constant technological, regulatory and competitive monitoring to stay at the forefront of trends and developments in the sector. Referencing and testing new raw materials to improve the quality of finished products.
