Background
About Alexandre Lepage
A mathematician by training, I have accumulated more than 25 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions. I worked as a consultant from to 2025. In particular, I joined Larochelle at the firm's inception in 2006 and eventually became its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, I was responsible for updating the service offerings and developing the company’s technological competencies. I also managed partnerships with several vendors, including Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and Alation. Throughout my tenure, I remained actively involved in various challenging projects. My main interest remains the modern data platform. Case in point, I joined Workleap in early 2025 to start a new position as Director of Data Engineering (Innovation).
