About Alexandre Martins Klostermann

Entrepreneur and enthusiast in creating businesses. After 14 years in business, I discovered that my real potential lies in getting ideas off paper. Transforming projects into companies, creating operations, designing processes, creating solutions and using creativity to undertake at low cost. I have solid knowledge in Information Technology, Web Development, Technology Project Management and Business Management/Administration. My experience comes from 14 years as a partner in an IT company, where I acquired a unique experience of translating operational problems into software solutions, whether designing, developing or deploying. With this experience I was constantly in contact with the end customer, understanding, translating and creating software solutions to solve real problems. On this journey my mother language has always been Python with Django, however I have worked on projects with Java, PHP.Net and other languages. In addition to Aupi, the company I work for and founded in 2009, I founded Imaculada, a beverage industry sold in 2023, Caixinha de Som, a podcast producer, in addition to participation in other businesses. I was also a teacher for almost 10 years in the most varied technical areas in face-to-face and distance learning modalities. Period in which I was able to greatly develop the interdisciplinary skills that helped me to form a repository of useful skills and experiences for my professional environment. Currently my focus is on developing connections involving entrepreneurship and technology that can bring social impact.
