FR "Keep it simple and stupid". J’aime ce qui est efficace, pragmatique. J’interviens sur les fondations du SI : infrastructures, applications métiers, données, intégration, sécurité… le tout, interfacé et automatisé par des plateformes comme OpCon. L’idée : être un caméléon, un liant transversal au service d’un besoin, d’un contexte, d’un fonctionnement. Avec NTICO, on fait vivre une méthodologie solide, évolutive, adaptée au contexte, pour livrer ou faire tourner des systèmes de manière intelligente, toujours au service du métier. Je redeviens Junior! “Consultant”, c’est classe, mais je garde les mains dedans. En lien avec SMA Technologies (USA),toujours à la sauce NTICO, j’accompagne les clients OpCon européens : install, upgrade, migration, formations certifiées, conseils, audit, best practices, méthodo… "Don’t repeat yourself", tout est dit. Je suis aussi manager de carrière. J’aide mes collègues à prendre du recul, faire des choix, progresser avec confiance. Techniquement humain, jamais monotone. Pour mon entourage, rien ne change : je reste “l’IT guy”. Mais aujourd’hui, ce n’est plus pour réparer l’imprimante, la machine à laver ou tout objet avec une prise. Pour eux, je fais encore plus de trucs mystiques… mais maintenant, je parle aussi aux gens. Ça fait moins geek chelou! EN "Keep it simple and stupid." Says it all. I’m also a career manager. I help colleagues step back, make choices, and grow with confidence. Technically human, never boring. For those around me, nothing’s changed: I’m still “the IT guy.” But now, it’s no longer about fixing the printer, the washing machine, or everything that has a plug. To them, I still do mystical stuff… but now, I also talk to people. It comes off less like the quirky IT nerd!
