About Alexandre Moreira

I have a degree in Engineering and I am also qualified in sales, technology, People Management and Marketing. I did MBA, Post MBA, postgraduate and many specialization courses in these areas in Brazil and abroad. Throughout my career I have worked for and in companies in the retail, finance, services, telecommunications, insurance, construction and health segments, such as Zurich, SulAmérica, CNU UNIMED, Banco Inter, Santander, Magazine Luiza, Ricardo Eletro, Pernambucanas, MRV, Localiza, Claro, Net, Sky, Oi, Tim and Vivo. I have decided to seek for new horizons in companies with strong objective of growth in sales, technology, digitization and also people development. My management style is relational, clear and direct. I am my creative, dynamic, energic and I especially like strategic planning, commercial negotiations involving the acquisition of new customers and people management. MAIN RESULTS I developed work in all areas of customer relationship, always focusing on productivity and quality. In my last performance, we won the leadership in the services segment in Brazil, proven by the Época award (Editora Globo) in the years 2017 and 2018 as the best company in the country. MY PROFILE Son of military, I learned in my personal training a lot about hierarchy, flexibility, adaptability, rules, organization, ethics to pursue goals and objectives. I have worked and lived in several cities in Brazil such as Belo Horizonte, Recife, Resende, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. I'm married and I have three kids. I like and practice sports habitually, among them Marathon, Triathlon, Tennis and Squash.
