Started my professional life in 1989 as a 2nd deck officer on board Global Transporte Oceanico tanker vessels. Worked on board for 7 years and reached Chief Mate position. After completing a 6 month course in London in shipping management I was tranferred to work on shore. Worked at Global office, in operation department, for more 3 years. During this period I was responsible for bunker supply, Time chartering on/off hire calculation, cargo bookings and vessel port call logistics in North and South America, among other activities. In moved to Oil Industry after joingin PGS as operation supervisor, providing support for seismic vessel operation along Brazil coast. In 2003 I assumed a new position at PGS as Environmental and Regulatory Compliance Coordinator, ensuring compliancy with IBAMA permiting conditionings, ANP & Navy authorization and regulations. In 2008 I started as Project Manager ensuring acquisition and data processing cost control, time management and good quality product delivery.
