About Alexandre Roth

Partner Banking & Finance Alexandre Roth advises banks, groups and investment funds on corporate lending and structured finance (notably in acquisition finance, fund financing and cash management). Alexandre also advises financial institutions, export credit agencies, Lessors and manufacturers in export finance and aviation finance. Alexandre is involved in domestic and international projects in various jurisdictions in Europe, America, Africa and Asia. Alexandre has also extensive experience in asset finance (aviation, shipping, rail and infrastructure) and restructuring financing. Alexandre was seconded for almost a year to the French export credit agency as legal manager of Bpifrance Assurance Export. Alexandre was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005 (laureate of his graduation class), after studying at the University of Toulouse I Capitole where he obtained a Master 2 in business law and a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise - DJCE (valedictorian).
