About Alexandria Dool

In my current role of managing The Network, an organization for young professionals, I thrive on meeting new people, fostering connections with them, and then creating space where we can show up as we are and be accepted. This role allows me to blend my passion for leadership with my commitment to community development and engagement. Additionally, as an adjunct faculty member, I find immense joy in mentoring and guiding students while helping them navigate their academic journeys. I have quite a diverse background spanning the restaurant and wedding industries, where I sharpened my customer service skills. Additionally, my time in college, the Missouri Attorney General's Office, and the Springfield Police Department helped keep me grounded with a solid foundation in public service. I believe that showing up and having fun in your career is essential. I love the challenge of making each day enjoyable for those around me. This philosophy drives me to approach everything with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, inspiring those around me to do the same.
