About Alexandria Phillips

I’m a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with specialist expertise in weight management, bariatric surgery, and neurodiversity, working across both the NHS and private sector, including private practice on Harley Street. Throughout my career, I’ve held senior roles in specialist NHS services, including leading the development of a newly commissioned Tier 3 Weight Management and Bariatric Psychology service. My clinical approach integrates the latest evidence with a compassionate, person-centred philosophy — supporting people to navigate the complex emotional, behavioural, and psychological aspects of health, eating, and identity. Alongside my work in health psychology, I have a strong neuroaffirmative focus, with a particular interest in supporting adults who receive diagnoses of ADHD and autism later in life. I bring this passion into both clinical work and workplace consultancy — helping individuals and organisations build inclusive environments where neurodivergent people can thrive. I divide my time between the NHS, private therapy, and as co-founder of Neurodiversity in the Workplace, a consultancy providing training, coaching, and business support to foster psychologically safe, inclusive work cultures.
