As an Application Support Analyst, I have provided the first level of support for Customers’ service requests, in terms of: • Resolve client questions or problems in the areas of application and system configuration/setup, product functionality including fixes or enhancements • Serve as primary support liaison between company and customer • Work closely with clients as leading resolver to assist and expedite problem resolution during product implementation by providing remote troubleshooting and guidance • Keep customer informed of how and when problems are resolved • Involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting • Work directly with the back-line and development teams to resolve complex issues and provide input for product direction • Delivery of end user training on capabilities as needed • Maintenance of a predefined call closure rate on incidents entered into ticketing system • Maintenance of Team goals and objectives
