About Alexei Bogdanovic

Alexei Bogdanovic is a Civil - Structural Engineer and holds a Masters of Science degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada. As Director of Business Development in Latin America for Hibbard Inshore, Alexei is tasked with overseeing operational, marketing, and customer service activities in the region. Hibbard Inshore focus is on underwater long tunnel and dam inspections, inspections of large sewer pipes and siphons, inspections of potable water systems, nearshore survey works, and specialty marine construction projects for maintenance and rehabilitation of civil structures. We have over 30 years of operations in robotic vehicle, sensing, and tooling systems to provide inspection, survey, and intervention services to the power generation, water and sewer, offshore, military, mining and tunneling industries. We can perform inspections to minimize outage times, inspect in flowing conditions, gather dimensional and NDT data in zero or low visibility conditions, and travel many kilometers from a single access point. We can robotically place temporary or permanent bulkheads into tunnels and pressure piping without dewatering or performing dangerous manned entry, and we can engineer projects for localized underwater repairs or dredging to improve lifespan or plant efficiency. Previously to Hibbard Inshore, Alexei Bogdanovic worked as a structural design engineer, then as a mining project coordinator and International Business Lead at POCH S.A, a multi-disciplinary consulting firm in Santiago, Chile, from 2012 - 2015. Alexei began his engineering career in Winnipeg, Manitoba, 2007, with KGS Group as a design engineer mainly related to heavy industrial civil, hydroelectric and water resource projects.
