About Alexia de Grandmaison

At the beginning of my studies I had the opportunity to go abroad in Belgium.I always really enjoy new experiences. I took up a challenge to study luxury hospitality management. I really enjoyed my experiences because of human relationship. After one year I came back in France, with the desire to learn different things and I started a business school. But I saw different aspects of luxury along my studies because I 'm really interested by the kind of "dream world". Luxury it's for me a competitive world but I like challenges and perfection concerning my work. Luxury is linked to handicraft and therefore has values that I share. Passion and transmission. Along my different experiences I always really took care to details that can add values. I am passionate by the luxury world and also guest relations because of the human interaction. Customers are unique and deserve all cares. Now we have to strike because of the preservation of all fundamental values in the aim to provide an excellent quality service. Sales department is the heart of the business and we have to bring quick answers to customers and transmit our brand values. The world is changing and we must bring a tailored approch to each customer.
